Koji Kasatani (født 1964) er en japansk kunstner.
Etter å ha uteksaminerte kunstskolen i Firenze, Italia,
studerte jeg italienske keramiske teknikker.
Etter å ha kommet tilbake til Japan begynte jeg å utfordre meg selv for å skape verk som gikk utover grenser for keramikk.
Da jeg fant bananskall, farens favoritt, på kjøkkenet, ble jeg overbevist om at dette var kunst, og siden da har jeg laget banan-relaterte verk i omtrent 18 år.
