Malgorzata Krakowiak vokste opp mellom staffeljene og vevstolene til foreldrene, kunstneriske malere, hvor den duftrike lukten av sauull blandet seg med maling og terpentin. Under studiene valgte hun også valget om maling og kunstnerisk stoff, som hun utforsker med lidenskap den dag i dag. Gjennom årene har hun hovedsakelig utviklet sin karriere som fiberkunstner, og vist to- og tredimensjonale objekter, deltatt i individuelle og gruppeutstillinger i anerkjente museer og gallerier i Polen, kunstnerens hjemland. Siden 2018 har hun bodd og arbeidet på Mallorca, hvor den ekstraordinære naturen på øya er hennes inspirator.
Hun inkluderer sine gleder i rikdommen av stoffets materie, lys og farge i de nåværende syklusene FISH og SUBLIMAT, hvor hun bruker innovative teknikker for å forene maleriets og stoffets verdener.
I flere år har hun regelmessig deltatt i kunstmesser og lykkes i å utvikle samarbeid med designere. Kunstnerens verk finnes i private samlinger og offentlige institusjoner over hele verden.
