Aroma: søt fruktig start, tydelig toffee som er tett og seig, kombinert med kandiserte epler, saftige appelsiner, kremete vaniljebud og krydret eik.
Gusto: den søte honningen omslutter varme krydder, sprudlende sitrus, aromatiske rosin og glatt karamell.
Finale: lang og vedvarende, med krydder og eik.
