ELENA PARASKEVA er alumna fra Hasselblad Masters, World Masters of Photography, LensCulture, Aesthetica, Prix de la Photographie Paris, osv., og ble kåret til PHOTOGRAPHER OF THE YEAR (2024 / 2023 / 2021 / 2018) av fire internasjonale fotografiske samfunn.
Hun har vært jurymedlem for Florida Museum of Photographic Arts siden 2021 og fungerer som dommer i flere internasjonale fotografikonkurranser hvert år. Hun har tidligere vært Adobe-instruktør og ambassadør.
Hennes verk eies av institusjonelle kjøpere, inkludert Public Art Department of Sweden (Västra Götalands regjering), Boston Hospital USA (stor installasjon på 500 cm ved inngangen til barnekreftavdelingen), Australian National University, Thalassa Museum, osv.

ELENA PARASKEVA har fått bred internasjonal anerkjennelse innen kunstnerisk fotografi, konseptuell billedkunst og samtids visuelt fortellerkunst.
Hun ble valgt av Saatchi Art som en av «Artists To Watch». Leder av IAA beskrev henne som «en av de største talentene i fotografikkbranchen». Kuratoren ved Florida Museum of Photographic Arts uttalte at hun har «en imponerende portefølje og stor kompetanse i fotografi».
