ELENA PARASKEVA ble utpekt til FOTOGRAF OF THE YEAR (2024/2023/2021/2018) av fire forskjellige, anerkjente internasjonale fotografiske foreninger.
Hun er alumni fra Hasselblad Masters, World Masters of Photography, Lensculture, Aesthetica, Prix De La Photographie Paris, Der Greif osv og fungerer som en ansett juryvoter for FLORIDA MUSEUM OF PHOTOGRAPHIC ARTS de siste 5 årene.

Hun har stilt ut i EUROPEAN PARLIAMENTET i Brussel, i prestisjefylte gallerier og under Biennaler i NYC, Paris, Tokyo, London, DUBAI, Wien, Barcelona, München, Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), Florence, Frankfurt, Malaga (Spania), Linz (Østerrike), Gratz (Østerrike), Siena (Italia) osv.

Det siste kjøpet av hennes verk var av Public Art Department of Sweden's Västra Götaland Government. Blant offentlige institusjoner som har hennes arbeid, er det mest spesielle Boston Children's Hospital i USA som har en 500 cm installasjon av hennes arbeid ved inngangen til deres Barnekreftavdeling.
