Laurent and his son Clément are merchants of fine Burgundy wines. Their goal is to create haute couture red and white wines. To achieve this, the Ponsots work with passionate winegrowers who obtain perfect grapes from their vines. Then, thanks to their expertise and their love for the Burgundy terroir, they craft an authentic vintage. Laurent Ponsot believes that technology has a place in the world of wine. Creative and innovative, the Ponsots have already developed technological corks, smart bottle capsules, and connected cases that monitor the temperature of Grand Cru wines.
