Angelo Gajas Barbaresco 2021 er et vin med balanse og eleganse som har mye å by på. De uttrykksfulle krydrede og blomsteraktige tonene åpner seg først, men det som virkelig skiller seg ut, er vinens nyanse og tydelighet. Åpenheten er udiskutabel. Søte røde kirsebær, mynte, kanel og roseblader utvikler seg i glasset og tilfører ytterligere nyanser. Smaken er balansert og krydret, tanninene faste og finishen presis og lang.
