Magnificent antique French crystal decanter by Baccarat, created in the celebrated Bambous Tors pattern.

The decanter is distinguished by its beautifully rounded body, enveloped in bold spiralling ribs that create a remarkable sense of movement and depth. The dynamic twisted decoration continues gracefully towards the tall, finely fluted neck, allowing the exceptional clarity and brilliance.

The substantial crystal catches and disperses the light spectacularly, producing luminous reflections across the sculptural surface. Its harmonious proportions and distinctive swirling design make it a particularly elegant and decorative example of historic Baccarat craftsmanship.

The decanter is presented with a later replacement crystal stopper. Although slightly different from the original stopper designed for the model, its rounded floral form complements the flowing decoration beautifully. The stopper is fitted with a metal shank, as clearly shown in the photographs, and displays some age-related wear.
