SENESTE UTNEVNELSE — 2026 International Photography Awards (IPA - Lucie Foundation), en av verdens ledende internasjonale fotokonkurranser: BEST OF SHOW - Utstilling hos House of Lucie Galleries i New York City, Paris, Budapest og Athen.

Elena Paraskevas verk er beholdt i institusjonelle og bedriftskolleksjoner, inkludert Public Art Department of Sweden (Västra Götaland Government), Boston Hospital, USA (stort 500 cm-installasjon ved inngangen til barnekreftavdelingen), Australian National University, Thalassa Museum, Affinity (Serif) og andre institusjonelle og bedriftskolleksjoner.

Hennes arbeid har blitt vist i EUROPEAN PARLIAMENTET i Brussel, samt i store biennaler og gallerier i NYC, Paris, Tokyo, London, Dubai, São Paulo (Brasil), Wien, Barcelona, München, Kuala Lumpur, Firenze, Frankfurt, Málaga, Linz, Graz, Siena osv.
I 2026 valgte Magnum-fotografen Alec Soth, som bredt blir sett på som en av de mest innflytelsesrike nålevende fotografene, personlig hennes arbeid for utstilling i Hellas, holdt under auspices av det greske Kulturdepartementet.

Hun har blitt kåret til International Photographer of the Year (2024 / 2023 / 2021 / 2018) av fire forskjellige internasjonale fotoselskap.

Hun har mottatt internasjonal anerkjennelse og store priser fra Hasselblad Masters, World Masters of Photography, LensCulture, Aesthetica, Prix de La Photographie Paris, International Photography Awards (IPA), Neutral Density Awards, og mange andre.

Siden 2021 har hun tjent som jurymedlem for FLORIDA MUSEUM OF PHOTOGRAPHIC ARTS og som dommer i flere internasjonale fotokonkurranser hvert år. Hun er også tidligere Adobe-instruktør og ambassadør.
