Bag Condition
Please note that for vintage/pre-loved bags, minor scratches that do not affect usage may be present, and the item may have a slight storage scent.

Shipping
Items ship from Singapore/Japan in simple protective packaging (bags may be folded).
Orders below €150 are sent by tracked economy air mail (EMS/postal).
Orders €150 and above are sent by courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS).
Courier upgrade is available at buyer's cost.

Customs & Duties
Buyer is responsible for all import taxes, VAT, and customs fees in their own country.

Returns & Cancellations
If cancelled or returned, the buyer pays all return shipping costs and associated taxes. Items must be returned in their original condition.
If a package is returned to sender because the buyer failed to collect it in time, provided an incorrect/incomplete address, or was unavailable to receive delivery, the buyer is responsible for the full cost of reshipment. If the buyer does not arrange payment for reshipment within a reasonable time, the seller reserves the right to cancel the order, and the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
