Denne første utgaven fanger Aizome i en viktig fase av karrieren hennes, kort tid etter at hun fikk bred oppmerksomhet gjennom sin medvirkning i Tetsuji Takechis film Daydream (白日夢), basert på romanen av Junichiro Tanizaki. Aizome ble en av de mest gjenkjennelige skikkelsene i Japans voksenfilm- og glamourfotografi-scene på slutten av 1970-tallet og 1980-tallet.
