I am selling a superb and rare vintage set of Rowenta “Er + Sie” (Elle + Lui / He and She) collectible lighters, manufactured in the former West Germany (W. Germany) in the 1970s.

This set is a special promotional edition, personalized with the branding of the renowned Samson tobacco brand. The lighters impress with a superb minimalist industrial design, featuring satin aluminum/matt chrome housings and high-quality finishes specific to the West German era.

Technical details and condition:

Mechanism: Advanced electronic models with quartz (piezoelectric) ignition, without flint.

Components: The set is complete and contains the large lighter (men's model, Rowenta Snip) and the small lighter (women's model, Rowenta Picco).

Presentation: They come in the original hard textured plastic case, lined with red velvet, with "Case Made in W. Germany" stamped on the back.

Aesthetic condition: Remarkable, extremely clean, without major dents or scratches (as per photo). A true showcase piece.

Functional condition: Both lighters have been checked "cold" - the piezoelectric mechanisms are perfectly active and produce a firm spark with each press of the flap.

Important: The lighters have not been tested with gas (they are sold empty, as they were kept in the collection). Being vintage period items, they may require replacement of the internal rubber seals if their daily use is desired (the original seals may be dry due to the passage of time).
