Elena Paraskevas verk er representert i institusjonelle og bedrifts-samlinger, inkludert Sveriges offentlige kunstavdeling (Västra Götalands regjering), Boston Hospital, USA (stor 500 cm installasjon ved inngangen til Barnekreftavdelingen), Australian National University, Thalassa Museum, Affinity (Serif), og andre institusjonelle og bedrifts-samlinger.

Verket hennes har blitt vist i EUROPEISKE PARLAMENTET i Brussel, samt ved store biennaler (som Florence Biennale) og gallerier i NYC, Paris, Tokyo, London, Dubai, Sao Paolo (Brasil), Wien, Barcelona, München, Kuala Lumpur, Frankfurt, Málaga, Linz, Graz, Siena osv.

I 2026 ble hennes arbeid valgt til å bli tildelt/utstilt av to fotografi-legender, Christopher Morris (den anerkjente fotografen som tilbrakte 30 år med TIME Magazine, inkludert ni år som dekket The White House) og Magnum-fotograf Alec Soth, bredt ansett som en av de mest innflytelsesrike nålevende fotografene.

Hun er utnevnt til International Photographer of the Year (2024 / 2023 / 2021 / 2018) av fire forskjellige internasjonale fotoforbund.

Siden 2021 har hun fungert som jurymedlem for FLORIDA MUSEUM OF PHOTOGRAPHIC ARTS — med dømming sammen med kuratorer fra Fotografiska Museum og Tokyo Metropolitan Museum of Photography — og som dommer i flere internasjonale fotokonkurranser hvert år. Hun er også tidligere Adobe-instruktør og ambassadør.
