Bakflaten har Omega sjøhest-emblem og innskriften “SEAMASTER.” Denne automatiske kronografen er representativ for tidlig på 1970-tallet, og kaliber 1040 var Omegas første in-house automatiske kronografverk. Den er kjærlig kjent blant samlere som «Jedi».
