Elena Paraskevas verk er representert i institusjonelle og bedriftskolleksjoner, inkludert Public Art Department of Sweden (Västra Götaland Government), Boston Hospital, USA (stor installasjon på 500 cm ved inngangen til Barnekreftavdelingen), Australian National University, Thalassa Museum, Affinity (Serif), og andre institusjonelle og bedriftskolleksjoner.

Hennes arbeid har blitt vist i EUROPEISK PARLAMENT i Brussel, samt på store biennaler (som Florence Biennale) og gallerier i NYC, Paris, Tokyo, London, Dubai, Sao Paulo (Brasil), Wien, Barcelona, München, Kuala Lumpur, Frankfurt, Málaga, Linz, Graz, Siena osv.

I 2026 ble hennes arbeid valgt ut til å tildeles/vises av to fotografiske legender, Christopher Morris (den anerkjente fotografen som tilbrakte 30 år hos TIME Magazine, inkludert ni år som dekket Det hvite hus) og Magnum-fotografen Alec Soth, bredt ansett som en av de mest innflytelsesrike nålevende fotografer.

Hun har blitt kåret til International Photographer of the Year (2024 / 2023 / 2021 / 2018) av fire ulike internasjonale fotografiske samfunn.

Hun har mottatt internasjonal anerkjennelse og viktige priser fra Hasselblad Masters, World Masters of Photography, LensCulture, Aesthetica, Prix de la Photographie Paris, International Photography Awards (IPA), Neutral Density Awards, og mange andre.

Siden 2021 har hun vært dommer for FLORIDA MUSEUM OF PHOTOGRAPHIC ARTS – dømmende sammen med kuratorer fra Fotografiska Museum og Tokyo Metropolitan Museum of Photography – og som dommer i flere internasjonale fotografikonkurranser hvert år. Hun er også tidligere Adobe-instruktør og ambassadør.

Hennes fotografier har blitt publisert i Smithsonian Magazine, The Guardian (UK & Australia), The Times, Vogue.it, Aesthetica, LensCulture, PDN, Photography Masterclass og mange andre internasjonale publikasjoner.
