Antique mousetrap entirely handmade in iron and wood. From the 19th century. On a side, it’s closed by an wrought-iron grate, on the other one by a wooden door, covered with iron plate. This last can slide into wooden tracks, be raised and precariously hooked to an iron wire. As soon as the animal, attracted by the food inside, touches the wire, the door closes and trap it. A functional and well-made handcrafted model. All of its parts (including rope, nails, etc.) are original and authentic. It’s an unrestored item from the 19th century. Suitable for home décor.
