To be honest, I feel that I have not received what I paid for.

Dear Christian, 

I am very sorry that you have not yet received the certificate of authenticity. As I mentioned in the message I sent you through the platform, the certificate is sent separately from the giclée and sometimes it arrives a little later.

I personally sign each certificate and send it myself from wherever I am at the time, which is why there can occasionally be a slight delay. I kindly ask for just a little more patience, and I am confident it will arrive soon.

Thank you very much for your understanding, and I sincerely hope you are enjoying your artwork in the meantime.
