I am writing to formally submit for your consideration an original work by the American artist Stanley Boxer (1926–2000), a seminal figure in Lyrical Abstraction and the Color Field movement.

• Provenance: Acquired at auction in the 1990s. The reverse retains its original gallery label from Meredith Long & Company (Houston, Texas), inventory number G 18565.
