Bruno Paolo Benedetti - Venice Mistery

Bruno Paolo Benedetti, urodzony w roku 1954, zaczął robić zdjęcia, studiując perspektywę i techniki fotograficzne, w roku 1968. Od samego początku zajmował się fotografią czarno‑białą, obserwując kontrasty natury, światła i interpretując rzeczywistość wokół niego. Gdy miał 25 lat, zaczął pracować w ciemni, doskonaląc technikę za pomocą filtrów, filmów o wysokim kontraście, tworząc pierwsze zdjęcia surrealistyczne i abstrakcyjne.
Jednocześnie zaczął podróżować po Europie i świecie: Indie, Nepal, Bhutan, Ameryka Południowa, Południowa Afryka, Egipt, Wyspy Komorów to jedne z miejsc, które odwiedzał najczęściej. Badanie religii, mistycyzmu we wszystkich z nich zainspirowało jego twórczość artystyczną, zwłaszcza surrealistyczną fotografię, w której ukazywane są archetypy kulturowe i religijne.

Venice Mistery

W tym evocative nocturnal photograph, Venice emerges as a stage of light, water, and quiet intrigue. A solitary figure wrapped in a flowing red cloak stands on a wooden pier, facing the illuminated façades across the canal. The warm reflections of the historic buildings shimmer on the water, while the silhouettes of gondolas and mooring poles frame the scene with a sense of timeless stillness.
