Oil on panel measuring 27 x 35 cm signed at the bottom right B Retaux, a French Orientalist painter, friend of Maurice Boitel and André Hambourg, two Orientalist painters (among others). Bearing the studio mark as well as an order number on the back.
It, as often the case with the well-known Orientalist painter, depicts a view of Morocco towards Marrakech.

Sold without a frame by the painter's daughter, therefore authenticity guaranteed.
