The Macallan Rare Cask 2022 Release is a luxurious single malt whisky crafted from hand-picked American and European oak casks seasoned with Sherry. A significant portion of these are "first-fill" casks, ensuring maximum flavor intensity. Less than 1% of the casks maturing at the distillery meet the rigorous criteria required for the Rare Cask series.
The 2022 edition was created in collaboration with world-renowned violinist Nicola Benedetti, highlighting the synergy between the mastery of classical music and the craft of whisky making.
