Een keu hoort recht te zijn. In zijn advertentie tekst geeft hij aan dat de keu dat is. Als ik na ontvangst zie/zeg dat dat niet zo is worden er allerlei uitvluchten verzonnen. Eigen fouten afschuiven

À la réception le 20 septembre, l’acheteur a confirmé que la queue était conforme (« Is binnen. Ziet er goed uit. Dank je! »). Le problème n’a été signalé qu’après plus de 10 jours, alors que vos règles imposent un signalement rapide. Les flèches de queues de billard de plus de 30 ans sont fragiles : le bois peut se voiler très vite selon les conditions de stockage (humidité, chaleur, position verticale). L’objet a été décrit avec soin et honnêteté.
