The graphics are very good but some of the bottles lost their luster on the necks. Good condition would tell a more correct story about the bottles.

Alles wie beschrieben und sehr gut verpackt. Leider hat die Zusendung viel zu lange gedauert. Lag wohl eher am Zoll als am Verkäufer

Es handelt sich nicht um Ölgemälde, sondern ausgeschnitten Papierfotos!!!!
Außerdem wurde die Ware nicht ordnungsgemäß verpackt, sodass alle fünf Portraits defekt waren!!

The feedback I received seems unjustified. The buyer never contacted me to report any damage during shipping. Had they sent me photos, I would have immediately issued a refund or offered an alternative solution.
The item was delivered and accepted without any remarks, and only many days later the negative feedback was posted.

Regarding the comment about the “frames,” I honestly did not understand what the buyer meant. The items were accurately described, photographed from multiple angles, and reviewed by the Catawiki team before being listed.

Therefore, I believe this feedback does not reflect the actual handling of the sale or the quality of the service provided.
