Segnalo che il pacco è arrivato con un grosso taglio sul fondo, praticato da qualcuno che voleva vedere cosa ci fosse dentro.

piu' volte, ma è seguita una risposta evasiva, poi piu'nulla

Diese Behauptung, dass ausweichend geantwortet wurde ist nicht richtig. Es wurden bestimmte Dinge erklärt und expliziet darauf hingewiesen, dass die bestellte Ware komplett
im versendeten Paket war. Kleinteile können beim auspacken schnell mal übersehen werden, obwohl bei uns immer äußerst gründlich gepackt wird. Der Käufer sollte die Verpackung/Seidenpapier usw gründlichst durchsuchen. Schnell wird ein kleinerer Karton entsorgt.
