    One item missing from lot. Upon request seller promised to send it. Still haven't received it 7 weeks later, nor heard a further word from the seller, despite several follow-up messages from me.

    Positive: the books are really ok Negative: - late delivery - no answers from Sellern No communication - no tracking from DPD, no shipment notification, shipment 15 km far from my home place !!
