Good evening,
As I have already mentioned to you via private message, I am very sorry that the photograph arrived bent. I cannot be held responsible for errors made by the shipping company; however, I have offered to cancel the transaction so that Catawiki can issue you a refund. In doing so, I am absorbing the losses—including the loss of the item itself, as well as the shipping and packaging costs. I cannot do any more than this—especially given that, as a private seller, I am not even obligated to do so. You get your money back, and I bear the losses. So, honestly, I don’t understand the negative opinion.

Oggetto arrivato bene imballato.
