Les trois scellés étaient ouvert, pas satisfait, dans le descritif il était clairement écrit parfaitement scellé d'usine, ce n'était pas le cas. Déçu

Je pense qu’il y a eu un malentendu.
Ce produit ne possède pas de film plastique (shrink wrap) d’origine. Il est fabriqué et vendu sans emballage scellé.

Ainsi, il ne s’agit pas d’un produit ouvert ou altéré, mais bien de l’état normal tel que fourni par le fabricant.

Vous pouvez donc être rassuré, le produit est bien neuf et conforme.
