Why didn't you contact me or, as is customary in such cases, file a complaint with Catawiki? You paid and are keeping the pen. That's quite strange.

I offered a well-preserved item with slight signs of use, without scratches or anything like that. I didn't advertise it as being in mint condition.

Stylo bille dont les mines ne sont absolument pas dans le bon ordre (4 couleurs, vert à la place du bleu etc)

First of all, I apologize for confusing the green and blue colors when inserting them. However, this doesn't justify a negative review. Changing the refills usually takes a maximum of 60 seconds. The color sequence wasn't included in the description either.
