They have sent me the wrong watch !!! Different to the one I ordered !

I told two of my customers that your watch was sent to another customer because the courier company arranged the address barcodes incorrectly.  I contacted that customer and asked him to send you the watch.  The watch you ordered will be sent to you.  You also need to send him your watch.  If you change the watches the problem will be solved.  So I offered you a second option, I told you that you could return the watch and get your money back, but you did not accept.  The problem is not about me, it is the cargo company's fault and we will solve this problem together.  Please don't worry and be well intentioned.  Thanks
