From my personal collection, a beautiful LIP Super Nautic-Ski from the 1970s in amazing condition. The watch is equipped with the fantastic LIP R148 electro-mechanical movement. Runs on battery, but has 18.800 bpm and as such the seconds hand appears to run like a mechanical movement. Very nice technology, combining the best of a mechanical watch with the best of the quartz world. The watch is in extraordinary condition. I won't call it a NOS because of the case lid (see pictures), but it's damn close. The condition is remarkable for a nearly 45 year old watch. The famed compressor case measures 38mm, but is worn more like a 40mm case. The finish is beautiful, alternating between polished and brushed parts. The plexiglass stands proud over the case, giving the watch a familiar, warm glow. Please view the pictures of the side of the watch to get an impression of this vintage gem.
