Beautiful vintage Commodoor dress watch, 14 kt, from approx. 1968. Inside is the very reliable Swiss made Eta 2408 movement, which has just been serviced and runs smoothly and on time. The silver-coloured dial has a beautiful sunburst and has some minor damage, appropriate to its age. Elegant overlaid gold indexes, slender hands and central seconds hand. Signed Commodoor ***, 17 rubis, Incabloc, Swiss made. Date window at position 3, quickly set between 9.00 PM and 12.30 AM. The 14 kt yellow gold case is still razor-sharp, and measures 32 mm (without crown). The also 14 kt yellow gold caseback has the case number engraved on the outside. The gold mark is on both the case and the caseback. Lug width is 17 mm. The glass is like new. The wristwatch comes on a new, cognac brown leather strap.
