An incredible bottle of red Burgundy from a fully organic and biodynamic estate.
A rare wine and always a favourite. Succulent French Pinot Noir from Hautes Cotes de Beaune, from vines planted in the mid 20th century. Vibrant and complex, with dark fruits backed by notes of earth and lavender. Elegant but not light (by pinot standards), with plenty of depth. Excellent now, and will improve with time in the bottle.
