A fine Art Deco cocktail shaker, measuring circa 25.5cm in height and weighing 566g, consisting of three parts. The model, named Ondulations was created as part of a series of accessories for the first class dining area and bar of the ocean liner ss. Normandie that was launched in 1932. The cocktail shaker would have been found in the first class cocktail bar, see last images.
Stamped to the underside with Gallia prod. Christofle makers marks, used from 1935-1975.
Condition: Overall in a good condition, no damages or repairs. Minor wear commensurate with age.
This lot will be carefully packaged and sent by registered and insured mail.
