Pogue is the first automatic chronograph that been in space. That is where its nickname comes from. William Pogue wore this model of seiko in space mission in 1973 for 84 days and this yellow dial photographed several times in his wrist. A nice condition Seiko 6139-6002 is on auction with some aftermarket parts * This watch contains aftermarket customisations without permission from the brand. This could impact the watch value and might void manufacturer warranties , Including , polishing , aftermarket dial , hands , bracelet , crystal , bezel insert , inner ring , case back , and pushers. We ask sellers to mention any known aftermarket parts. ● Movement Condition - Cal 6139 is one of the best chrono movement in watch history. Working nicely and keeps time. Chrono starts, stops and resets as it should ● Dial Condition - Dial is in good condition, no visible faults. Dial and hands are aftermarket. ● Case Condition - Case is original and in good condition. Been polished by a professional. Back case has some light scratches. Aftermarket Dial , hands . Inner ring (aftermarket) bezel rotates both direction. Outer bezel insert is aftermarket and in good condition. Crown and buttons also aftermarket. Steel strap is aftermarket. Will fit up to 23cm wrist ● Dimentions - 41X46.3mm without crown, very large size for that era ● Glass - Replacement glass is good condition no stratch or cracks ● Timekeeping - Keeps time, chrono functions as it should ● Production Year - 1970's ● Service History - Recently serviced. Waterproof not tested. ● Shipping - Will be packed with care and shipped insuranced with fast carriers (UPS/DHL) Usually arrives in 2-3 days. Combined shipping ● Please read description carefully.
