Beautiful late 1940's solid 18k yellow gold Baume et Mercier Chronograph with round press bottoms. It has a screw/down back with the inscription ETANCHE and Baume & Mercier and Swiss signatures including a reference number. On the inside of the gold back the following inscriptions: 18K, 0750 and the Swiss hallmark of a Lady's Head for 18 carat gold
Overall in Very Good Condition and running well / chronograph functions are perfect / winds smoothly.
Original Swiss Made Movement, Bi-Compax custom finished by Baume et Mercier, dating from approximately late 1940's. Movement also signed Baume et Mercier, Geneve and 17 Jewels.
Original Signed Dial with hand-applied yellow gold Arabic numerals.
Hand-sewn crocodile leather strap.
