The firm operated in the Jewellery Quarter (including Vyse Street), then moved to Harford Works, Harford Street, and produced a wide range of fancy silverware—from silverware and tableware to Art Deco (sometimes enameled) vanity pieces. The company operated under H. Clifford Davis and later as H. C. Davis Ltd., and was active until the 1950s/60s.
