日本工作室陶瓷花瓶——高温烧制的石器,带有自然蓝色釉,20世纪 - 石器, 陶瓷 - 日本 - Shōwa period (1926-1989)

A refined Japanese studio pottery vase featuring a natural ash-toned body with expressive blue drip glaze. The form is elegant and well-balanced, with a gently swelling body and a tall, narrow neck, characteristic of traditional Japanese functional ceramics. The glaze shows intentional flowing blue tones over a pale, crackled surface, creating a spontaneous and organic appearance typical of Shigaraki- and folk-influenced studio pottery from the mid-20th century. The unglazed foot reveals a coarse, iron-rich clay body, indicating traditional high-temperature firing. This piece reflects the Japanese aesthetic of wabi-sabi, where natural glaze movement, subtle imperfections, and kiln effects are embraced as part of the work’s character. Originally intended for daily use or floral arrangement, it now stands as a collectible example of Japanese post-war studio ceramics. Condition: Good vintage condition. Firing marks, glaze pooling, and surface irregularities are consistent with the original production method and are not defects. No cracks or restorations observed. Material: Stoneware pottery Dimensions: Please refer to the photographs with measurements. A tasteful addition for collectors of Japanese ceramics, studio pottery, or minimalist interior display.
