Glenmorangie Signet is an award-winning single malt whisky from the Highlands of Scotland. It is produced using a specially roasted “chocolate malt” barley, developed by Bill Lumsden. The whisky is matured in a combination of Oloroso sherry casks, bourbon casks, and new oak casks. The nose reveals floral notes and roasted coffee. The palate shows spicy notes of ginger, dark fruits such as blackberry, with hints of honey and floral tones. The finish is woody and floral, with notes of toffee and hazelnut.
