Fujii Shozan (1880-1967) was a nihonga painter, active from the Meiji to Showa period. He was born on October 20, 1880. He studied the Maruyama school under Fujii Shorin and studied under Suzuki Shonen in Kyoto. In 1934, he returned to his hometown of Fukuyama, Hiroshima Prefecture. He specialized in painting flowers and birds, landscapes, and figures. He died on January 21, 1967, at the age of 86. Roller end: wood. With original signed and sealed tomobako.
