In 2017, following the death of her father, Sophie Calle asked herself a question she now shares with us: “What do you do with your dead?” The first edition of this book brought together photographs taken by the artist in cemeteries around the world, accompanied by a selection of messages left by visitors. This new edition includes the messages collected during her 2019 exhibition at the chapel of the Centre de la Vieille Charité in Marseille.
