Domaine Giraud tradition 6 liters a Châteauneuf-du-Pape from the Rhône, made with Grenache (approx. 60%), Syrah (approx. 35%), and Mourvèdre (approx. 5%) grape varieties. Vinification: the grapes are completely destemmed (depending on the year), gentle extraction, and cold maceration prior to fermentation. Aging: mainly in stainless steel or concrete tanks (for Grenache and Mourvèdre), oak is used for the Syrah to provide structure. No filtration or fining.
