TASTING NOTES This olive oil is the result of a combination of ripe and green notes, and has a medium fruitiness with ripe and green notes at the same time. Its aroma is reminiscent of ripe/green banana, apple and some green grass. It has a medium intensity of bitterness and spice and some complexity in the mouth, with a finish of dried fruits.
