The Atmos watch is powered by perpetual motion - it does not need to be wound by hand. It gets the energy it needs to run from changes in temperature and atmospheric pressure in the environment and can operate for decades without human intervention. For two days of operation, a temperature variation of just one degree between 15 and 30 degrees Celsius or a pressure variation of 3 mmHg is sufficient.
