Clos Saint Jean Châteauneuf-du-Pape 2007 – The Regular Cuvée The Clos Saint Jean Châteauneuf-du-Pape 2007 is an excellent expression of the southern Rhône, sourced from the renowned Clos Saint Jean estate. This cuvée is a blend of 75% Grenache, 15% Syrah, and a small amount of Mourvèdre, Cinsault, Muscardin, and Vaccarèse, sourced from 70-year-old vines. The grapes are hand-harvested and undergo traditional vinification, followed by aging in tank (for the Grenache) and small barrels and demi-muids. .
