Aquilon is the jewel in the crown, a selection of selections, both from plots and from the best barrels from each plot. It is a 100% Garnacha wine from vines between 60 and 100 years old and aged for 24 months in new barrels. A powerful and broad wine on the palate, fleshy, fresh with great concentration of flavor and excellent balance, it is “like tasting the authentic essence of Grenache.”
