A peculiar katydid with an extremely short abdomen, seemingly without one – a truly bizarre structure. A natural Burmese amber fossil from the Cretaceous period, measuring 12-9-4mm. Cretaceous creatures are known for their peculiarities. At first glance, it appears to have a large head and no abdomen, leaving much to be confused about. However, it has been confirmed to have an abdomen, with extremely short telsons. The head, legs, and abdomen are remarkably disproportionately large, making it a rather rare species.
