The organic lines and sculptural stem are characteristic of the Jugendstil period. The two accompanying lamps are smaller traditional oil lamps, made of dark metal, with hinged lids and suspension hooks. These pieces were commonly used for domestic or devotional lighting and show authentic wear and patina from age and use.
