Baroque silver goblet with rich repoussé decoration and fine chasing, dating to the 18th century. The goblet stands on a round foot with a gently waisted stem and knop. Both the foot and the cup are worked on a punched ground with shell-framed cartouches, alternating pomegranate floral bouquets and mask (mascaron) motifs, all typical of high-quality Central European Baroque silverwork. The piece bears historic silver hallmarks, including an older maker/assay mark and a later Prague import mark (post-1902), indicating it was officially assayed when traded/imported. This is consistent with authentic antique silver that remained in circulation and was re-marked for later import control. Condition is good overall, with attractive age patina and normal wear. Please note: the foot rim shows an old repair, visible on close inspection, which has been taken into account in the pricing. The decoration remains crisp and visually strong.
