Its tall, sweeping silhouette identifies it as a set intended for a samurai of notable rank, suitable for both battlefield presence and ceremonial display. The defining heraldic feature of this armor is the Go-san no Kiri (五三桐) mon —the legendary paulownia crest historically associated with the Toyotomi clan, especially Toyotomi Hideyoshi.
