It is a West-Germany clock, from the company Regent. It houses a Blessing mechanism, regulated by a balance wheel escapement. It shows signs of aging, brown patina on brass. Small winding key-rings on the back and nibs for setting the time and alarm. It has a side lever to set the alarm off or on.
